Bring your own as the above posters have said - far better audio quality.

I also find the J headphones to be very uncomfortable after a while as they tend to squash your ears with more pressure than I like.

Note for PY, if you use your own, you'll just need to use the standard one plug connected to your headphones and no double plug adapter as the other plug is smaller.
