TG have enough of their own problems, that they are likely grateful that QR utilise their lounges...and pay them for the privilege.

We were discussing the Spa facilities attached to the TG F lounge. The Spa capacity is severely limited, and it seems reasonable that Thai would want to restrict access to its own uber-elite customers, or at the very least give them priority over passengers from other carriers, other airline alliances.
