There is nothing to write about for both headphones. I often read from the caption instead of using the headphones.
I have flown both PEY and J recently. It seemed to me that the head phones were the same but the other posters are correct in that the j phones are stored in the closet which makes their connection more stable and not subject to repeated jarring in PEY which can make things uncomfortable.
