Anything, really. A lounge can be "bad" for a lot of reasons - serving only cold food, too crowded, no/limited free alcohol, bartenders vs. self-service, lots of kids, slow wait staff, etc. etc. Some of these things matter more to different people and thus the best thing a reviewer can do is to give details. Lack of free liquor, for example, would be a definite minus to a lot of people, but not to a non-drinker.

Well, this isn't the IC forum. Any Hilton? That is a ridiculous statement. I'm assuming you've never even been to the U.S. There isn't a single Hilton in the U.S. that I'm aware of offering free alcohol in its lounge, for one. Many don't offer hot hors d'oeuvres.
