I wanted to ask FT advice regarding cards that I could suggest my parents/brother that are simple and useful. Their profiles are below. Thanks for any help!

• Parents - General Spend around 150k-200k per year. Currently uses the Green Amex. Would the PRG card that offers 1.5x everything or starwoods be a better option?
  
• Brother - Limited credit history (3 years) - Currently has a Capital One Card, IHG Hotels, and US Airways (Now Barclays Aviator that will be cancelled soon) Minimal annual spend but would like a no fee card that could yield benefits long term and build credit
