The 50k offers may be gone. If I go through procedure listed in the wiki and also listed at:

then I see the Reserve card offer just like you did.

And that above site has a link that claims to be for 50k without the credit, but I just tried that link, and it leads to an application page with just 40k.

So perhaps all the 50k offers have been withdrawn for now?
