Once again we get variations in processes and procedures. Not an earth shattering difference but a few weeks ago we came back through PHL and used GE. We were told the same about our passports and in our case the agent at the dedicated GE exit had no interest in our passports and never asked to see them. That aside considering four major flights had all arrived at PHL within minutes of each other I have to say the money we spent on GE was almost worth that one experience. After 11+ hours in the air the last thing I wanted to do was stated in line with several hundred tired and grumpy fellow passengers. We breezed through in less than 10 minutes with no waiting time to get to a GE kiosk.
