Totally agree with the above negative post. Very disappointing hotel. I'm paying for a suite and the windows are covered with scaffolding and plastic. Not even mentioned on the website. When I spoke to manager, complete lack of concern. He mentioned that they warned about the work on the website, but then couldn't show me where. The city is booked up this weekend so nowhere to move. Shelbourne takes no responsibility for misrepresenting room. Definitely not a place for higher end clientele. very unhappy. Also, wi-fi is poor in my suite.
