As a follow-up to my previous post, I saw R=1 on my itinerary from YVR-SFO, and split our reservation so that Mrs. Transportprof is now in F.

F=2 now, and I am hoping that there will be at least one more seat that gets opened up in R between now and the end of the month.

Everything else on both PNRs looks like it survived the split intact.

We shall see, and I'll post at least one more update, depending on how the trip works out.
