I am wet behind the ears as far as MRs are concerned, so I'm hoping this is the correct place to post my inquiry. Home airport is GRU. In the last half of this month I saw several 2-3 day RTs to ORD for $470-580 on Google flights (depending on which days, flights, etc. it is less than 3.5cpm). That would help me reach Advantage Gold, and possibly Plat if I did a couple more runs like that before years end. However, at the bottom of the page where it shows the booking/price info, EVERY SINGLE RUN I PRICED OUT would show that low number via TAM's website, and on AA it would be nearly triple that.
As you can guess, when you clicked the link and were sent on to TAM's booking page, the itinerary did not exist at that price point. I am curious if that's a hiccup on TAM's end or google's. And is there any known reason why every single run I constructed would have the same thing happen? Thanks for your folks' time.
