I have to agree. I wouldn't have anything positive to say in the video I'm afraid. In the past we made good use of 'on business' but I'm not a fan of the new scheme post the recent changes.
Given that this post might be read by the OP I'd like to restate what I've said elsewhere which is that - while it does not affect us - I think the way BA has handled the new requirement for a VAT number is a disgrace. I'd be happy to provide more details if you need them.
