Is a Chrysler 200 an Intermediate, Standard or Full-Size?

According to the FT Fleet List the Chrysler 200 is a Standard, I had a full-size reservation I picked up at FNT a few weeks ago and they insisted "at that location" the 200 was a full-size. A receipt in the glove box from a previous rental from DTW listed "class driven" and "class charged" both as Intermediate for the same car. What's the deal?!? Does car class for the exact same vehicle (not just same model, but in this case the exact same vehicle) differ by location in the same state?
