I'm planning a trip to Europe to get oneworld bonuses and haven't been there in a long time. Partly because I'm scared of not being able to keep in touch! I'm addicted to phones and my pager almost as much as to miles and points...

Can anybody advise me of the most reasonable calling cards (for calls from Europe to US) and an ISP that I can use temporarily with local dialups there?

Also would appreciate any info on those global phones that you can rent. And is there a service where you can call forward your fax machine to an electronic mailbox, then download faxes when you're somewhere with a fax, or have them sent to you as email?
