seawolf...my typical phone call when fares go down:

"Hi, I think the fare in this market has gone down. Could you re-fare it for me?"

"Yes, this would be your new fare and minus your $75 change fee, this would be your refund amount: $____"

"Oh, I heard that I might get the $75 waived if I take the difference in the form of a Travel Voucher?"

"Yes we can do that for you." Or they go away to ask a supervisor but return with the same answer.

Two weeks later your Travel Voucher arrives in the mail. No re-booking, no exchange of ticket (provided you E-Ticketed). Quick and easy!
