DL seems to being pretty well flying "decrepit old planes". Your quote, not mine. It took DL half the time to get those diverted PX out. What excuse do you have for UA with the same diversion? Did the DL crew bail on the PAX and sleep in a hotel and bail on the PX like the UA did?

UA has a partner carrier in Canada (Air Canada), DL does not not. Yet, DL recovered this in half the time.
I was not there, but the media sure was on the UA screw-up. Not a peep about DL. Those folks in Goose Bay must love it. ^ to Goose Bay Canada!
