Used them before, they're like many other sites out there (galahotels, lmtclub, etc). Most of the inventory comes from Tourico. Assuming the hotel will release the room inventory to Tourico, you'll get a voucher (either instantly or a few hours later). The hotel may not have your information in their systems until 12 hours before you arrive. But you should be fine.
