I'm not defending Parker but the big investor class does not reward world class but only cares about cost cutting. Look at B6-an airline that was started to give a better Y experience has slowly moved to just another livery in the sky-its new Mint product aside (which I have not experienced). The empty suits love Spirit but you can bet your butt they wouldn't dare fly them. Again its the "Wal Martization" of American business and compliant letters are not going to change this trend.
