In terms of product, you can search for trip reports on FT or on blogs ... NH F is definitely not as "exciting" as Suites but the service and food are still supposed to be very good.
With the 15% back do you actually need to full amount of miles in your SQ account when you redeem or if you have the amount required minus the 15% back it lets you redeem? Its unlikely that I would redeem on SQ a second flight in the near future so that 15% back if stuck in the SQ program might sit there for awhile.
