They honestly don't care.

Feedback like yours, and mine on many occasions, are a way for an organization to feel pain. All higher-order animals have a pain mechanism as a necessary part of staying alive... organizations have customer service.

One of two things are happening at AA. Either they've been so overwhelmed by pain (complaints) that they've gone into shock, or they're giving themselves massive doses of "everything will be fine when the merger is complete" morphine so they don't feel it any more.

Either way, they're sneakers-up and catatonic and they honestly don't care.
