Dairy is supposed to be declared at US POEs, whether the stroller-pushing mother with the baby did so or not. Even human breast-pumped milk requires declaration.

Sarcasm doesn't always invite back the happiest of responses from others.

Just curious but what kind of accent did the baby's mother have, and what color was the stroller?
