As noted by others this is usually akin to a suite. The parlor is usually a separate room for use as a hospitality area or as a living room. It often can be locked off for someone not actually booking it. In some hotels, including this one, the parlor can be booked by itself as a hospitality area.

I hoped you actually were able to select a suite and not just the parlor. If you just selected the parlor I think you might be disappointed. These are the descriptions:
1 KING BED 1 BEDROOM SUITE EXECUTIVE TOWER

Located on the top floor of our Executive Tower. The full size suite offers a separate bedroom and living room parlor with an average of 800 sq. ft. of space with city views, plush furniture sets, dinette table, and two baths. Each suite offers all the classic room amenities in addition to complimentary bottled water, Keurig coffeemaker, bathrobes, slippers, and an umbrella.
PARLOR NO BED

Located on the top floor of our Executive Tower. The living room portion of a suite that offers plush furniture set, dinette table, one bath.
