Recent Timeline regarding my incorrect refund:
-Contacted AeroMexico via email on the 30th

[email protected] - the refunds email they had advised me of previously)
-Second contact email sent on the 4th (morning)
Given absolutely no contact from Aeromexico, I called in this morning (morning of the 5th) and was advised to email a different address:
[email protected]
Email sent this morning.
I'll keep this updated as we go along. Hopefully the customer relations team can correct this. To date my experience has been very poor with their customer service. The only exception was the third individual I spoke to on the phone (processing my second booking) - he was efficient and professional.
Edit: If you go to the Aeromexico webpage, their "Customer Relations" page no longer exists. The link (
http://aeromexico.com/en/contact-us/...e/index-2.html) redirects to a 404 page . . .
