As the title suggests, I just tried to use an eGC online, actually tried 3 times, and every time it returned an error, asking me to start over.

I have redeemed a fair amount of eGCs before, so I am fairly confident that I am not doing anything wrong. I was wondering if this was an online glitch or if I am doing something incorrectly?

Any inputs/suggestions are much appreciated! Thanks!
