I believe it is just the 737 and 787 fleets that must currently wait to receive final weights before pushing back. That will change later this month though they haven't given us the exact date yet. The After Start and Before Takeoff checklists are changing significantly to accommodate the change and the crews have had to do an online training course on the new procedure.
