Having been through HKG and PVG on AC flights the past two weeks, I have to say they do it well. I think in part because many Asian airports have had the First/Business and Economy queues for years now.

That was me shooting middle fingers and death stares at the drivers, people shoving me in the metro, and bicyclists in Shanghai last week.
I'm glad to be back in Canada where I have all the personal space I require.
