Both are correct, but there are a few issues that may ply here.

Who is refunding? BA US or BA UK? If BA UK is refunding, Is it GBP or USD?

If refund is USD (and from BA US), then the first instructions are correct and you should be good. If it is from BA UK or other non-US, then provide information #2.

If the refund is in GBP then the second one is correct EXCEPT you probably do not have a GBP account with PNC. That may cause a problem In addition, UK banks almost always insist on the full address of the receiver bank even though the BIC code (SWIFT) is all that is needed.
