what US banking info do I give BA in order to ensure proper transfer of money to my account? They have attempted two wire money to me twice and both times the transfer failed.

They asked me again what my banking details are. Are they wiring the funds from a US bank to my US bank account? Or is it from a UK bank to my US bank account?


My bank gave me directions like this for incoming transfers:

(1) from U.S.
PNC BANK, NA

or

(2) from international

Both (1) and (2) failed when BA tried to do the wire transfer. They emailed me again and ask me to confirm the details again. Which one should I give them?(again?)
