I similar question but a little different scenario that I'm hoping someone can clarify for me. I'm flying out of YYZ to AMS at the end of August and I have a business class ticket flying on KLM metal. I'm also Skyteam Elite+ and have a Skyclubs membership.
From what I can see on the KLM website, it says:
"A ‘paid lounge’ concept applies: this means that the lounge is accessible to all passengers for the fee of 35 Canadian dollars."
Does the fact that I'm flying business class on KLM metal get me access to the lounge at YYZ without having to pay a fee? What about the Skyteam status or Skyclub membership?

Yes, a business class ticket on KLM metal gives you lounge access in Toronto for free. SkyTeam Elite Plus would also give you lounge access for free. Note that YYZ is an actual KLM Crown Lounge, not one which KLM accesses via a partner. The paid lounge concept means that the lounge is open to other people who choose to pay CAD35, not that it requires you to pay it.
