Yeah, I highly doubt Hector made a calculated decision to downgrade pasta just to improve some other entrees. And perhaps the seatmate just doesn't like pasta.

that ridiculous. We've seen sacrifices occur before. Hopefully a one off. It's too bad because sacchetti can actually be quite delicious when done properly.

It's between that and the Chicken/Olive Tapenade which is just gross to me, so I'll probably just stick with the pasta and see what happens.
