I would suggest LHR - DFW - OGG. Because on the DFW - OGG flight, you get the much better seats on AA (763) vs. the LAX flight. The 763 seats are angled lie flat. It'll add a bit of travel time but in my opinion, it's worth it for comfort.
I agree. You'll have to overnight at DFW, but then the consensus is that that's best somewhere anyway. It's a nice flight from Dallas.
