Doc, Yes indeed - Macao. That was my vote, too! Actually we got stung badly by a guy in Macao with the bicycle-type vehicle (cyclo). After driving us all over from the port area, strictly on the itinerary agreed upon, he hit us up for $30 extra at the end. His buddies (about 20 or more other drivers) joined him and gave us flak about it until we finally paid. That crowd made us nervous.
