Immigration at LAX - typical wait ?
I just noticed you are asking in order to plan onward travel.

I would allow a minimum of 3 hours connection for a non-US Citizen without Global Entry. That gets you through CBP and then TSA for your next flight with comfortable time to spare. Others might be OK with a tighter connection, but not me.

Is your onward travel by air? Do you need info about LA ground transport?
