After you receive this, install it in your compatible device, call Bell, and ask for it to be activated as a prepaid data pass service.
Once you do this, you can connect to the network, bring up a page, which will prompt you to enter credit card details. A 5gb plan for up to 30 days is $35. I think there's a $20 for 500mb plan as well.
They can be used in a phone, but you might run into some issues activating such as they ask you for the IMEI.
