Personally, I think that if we are expecting for-profit business to be Guardians of Freedom (TM), then the battle is already lost. And I say that as someone who believes economic freedom is, fundamentally, as important as freedom of speech.
At the end of the day, the dentist (honestly, it is like they called up a movie director to find the perfect villain) paid $50k to shoot a lion. He can afford to have the head fly private for the trip home.
