Thanks, I did surface this earlier with my Plat concierge. I have always had the vouchers whenever I have done MAGC previously so thought I would double check what to expect.
The issue was that the normal overnight hang the voucher didn't seem to work. Having removed it one day at circa 10:00 when I went to the gym I returned to find the maid cleaning the room. It seems to be working there perhaps based on the MAGC card being hung when the maid is doing her rounds, which seemed a bit odd.
This wasn't a moan whilst I have had an issue with this property in the past my recent stays have been excellent apart from this one thing.
