For example, even without any spending, holding 4 cards (ANZ(10,000), Citi PM Visa(10,000)+Amex(15,000) and a DBS(10,000)) gives 50,000 miles via S$927.60 annual fee. i.e. you're effectively buying miles at 1.86 sing cents / 1.35 us cents each.
