The key about which site you use to book is all about the included insurances. If you live in the UK, have standard UK car insurance and are paying with a UK card, then Hertz UK will include all the necessary insurances. .
The card used to pay for the rental is irrelevant in regards to what is included when booking on the website. If the rate includes LDW and LIS , then that is part of the rate , not related to the card used for payment
