I noted both errors cited above. Especially the RR plan redemptions. What are they talking about? The $5.60 TSA fee? Its the OTHER GUYS that charge for frequent flyer redemptions (generally when close to the flight time). Also, bag fees are a way to charge up to $120 on a "free flight" as well.

GK is right. The brand loyalty is worth more than the bag fees. But the change fees are worth even more. A $100 flight with a $20 bag fee is $120. A $100 flight with a $150 change fee is ... the loss of $100 for any change.

Change fees would be a mega-mistake. Bag fees would be a huge mistake. WN understands why they are number 1.
