Referencing the eUpgrade summer promotion, I called AC Reservations @ T-10 days out to upgrade my G-class flex fare Canadian/domestic flight (I'm an E50K). The agent told me it's a "lower" flex fare and is ineligble for the 10 day window, and to call back at the T-5 window. Huh?
