Smile Nice haven in the middle of the airport

Just completed 2 nights at this hotel, 1 night on the front end of the trip and 1 night at the end of the trip before we flew back to the states.

Ups:
- As a platinum, upgraded to a junior suite (room 301). The extra space was much appreciated since I was traveling with a small child.
- Rooms are completely soundproof. On the first night, we left the room early to catch a 7am flight, and I was shocked by the number of travelers that were out and about in the hallways (yet I couldn't hear anything from inside the room).
- Club is a convenient spot for snacks/drinks/breakfast - all you need is a key to access, and you can drop in anytime for coffee or a beverage, even in the middle of the night.
- Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are large and clean, and the rooms have all the common amenities.
- Room service was timely (25 minutes to deliver a meal for 3 people), and the food was quite good
- Late checkout request was honored without any issues at all - in fact, I asked for 2pm and they said please take until 4 or later if I needed.

No real downs that I can think of. When you land at the airport, follow the orange signs for "Hotels" and it will lead you to the Sheraton. I didn't look at a map, but based on the signs, I think the Sheraton is located in the center of 2D and 2E. If you're arriving in a rental car, the Terminal 2D location is the closest location per the concierge.

Finally, this isn't something that I look for, in fact I find it a bit awkward, but I did feel that Platinum status at this hotel is recognized. I was greeted by a supervisor who came out to thank me for my status, then the upgrade to the junior suite, and once I got up to the room the front desk called me to inquire if I liked the room and if they could do anything else for me. When I went downstairs to pop out to the bakery in front of the hotel, they folks at the desk also greeted me by name. So overall, they seem to take the Plat status very seriously and do a nice job around making folks feel valued.
