Thanks for the feedback. Was unaware T&Cs... I thought it just needed to be ticketed. Sounds like I should try and luck and seeing if they can reissue the ticket to close out the certificates. The only problem is one segment is still pending. Is it possible to remain on the upgrade list after the ticket is reissued?
