That was my point. A POUG offered usually means there is award availability in that higher cabin. You are being offered a POUG to WTP and there is award availability in WTP..

You could call to change your award ticket to WTP paying the difference in avios, change fee and difference in taxes/fees/charges.

I assume you have a one way booking or cash fares were very expensive, as TATL economy awards with avios are usually a very poor redemption option..
