Housekeeping note
I've taken the liberty of splitting off this information and review based thread from the previous thread here. Much of the comments there were about the lead up to the lounge's opening, and now assumes less relevance since the Aspire Lounge and Spa in Heathrow Terminal 5 is now open for business.
