As I've said before, I'm not a big fan of e-tickets and generally use them only when it specifically saves me time or money such as waived fees for airport pickup and/or when I get a bonus for mileage bonus for taking it. Complicated itineraries and changes seem to be harder but I've never personally had a problem. Clearly driving down costs is a major factor and I wish I was as organized as Punki so as not to be concerned about such things. NW has just made it easier to return etickets. Maybe in the future!
