This is the Star Alliance lounge, I think the only difference now is the "rebranding" to an Aspire lounge and taking paid customers too. I used to use it when the Ethiopian *A flights departed in the evening from NBO, and dont notice much different with it in it's new guise.

It would not accomodate all the BA premium pax for a flight together with it's current customer base. It is used by the EK pax for their flight which departs about an hour before BA and is usually bunged with hardly a seat available as it fills up pre-flight.
