I have an issue that I need advice about.

Last week I hired a car at Barcelona airport.

I booked it though the site and prepaid.

At the time of signing the rental agreement, the Sixt agent did not once mention adding insurances, nor did I ask for it. As far as I was concerned I was signing for the original agreement that I had booked online. So has the agent mis-sold me my agreement?

I have already email their customer services and vented my frustration.

How can this be legal?

Do I have a case? Or do I have to suck it up and pay?
