I had the opportunity to fly with them a few years ago from SHA-SYX. The expression you get what you pay for was my experience. As for passengers, once the wheels hit the ground, they were up. If I remember correctly, the seats could not recline. Also, I hear they save money by not parking at a gate and always doing a remote. It may have changed though.
