Foolishly decided to give this property another try. Got an unbelievable runaround in response to a straightforward request. Details are sorta personal, but wanted to share the SOTFs is still up to its old tricks.

Some FTers may know I am critical of use of the word 'lie' in these forums. Well, I am not sure what else to call it when a property tells me something is not permitted when it's been done for me at literally 100+ properties - usually proactively, without requesting - including this very same property every single time I have stayed here.

I'm not prepared to fork out $2000 to a property that simply makes things up to defend its own mistake. Fortunately, I still had time to cancel without penalty, and easily found less expensive and better accommodations with a few clicks of the mouse.

Very, very disappointed.
