the expanded "saver" award space for credit card holders is only for economy.

I guess I do not understand what the card is advertising when it says you can use standard rate miles for "any seat", even the last seat, when you are a Club card (or even Explorer card) holder. So, I am questioning the value of the card, as my main interest is international upgraded, or free, business class travel. If I just have to keep paying a lot and getting Z fares, if I want guaranteed vacation business in advance, which give me club access anyway, why bother with that card's fees, as I do not want to earn miles to spend miles on non-airline things.
The any seat available is for standard awards (typically 2x or more the miles for saver awards) and only for UA operated flights -- so if you are having to use a partner to get to the location you want and they have no award space, then nothing will show. If you can get there all on UA flights or UA flights and partner saver awards then something should be showing if you are properly logged into united.com.
