Hi all,

I have normal (Jade?) status and was wanting to book a Trip to Melbourne on the 777-300 before the PE fares came in.

Was hoping to pay for The Works and then choose preferred seating in the PE section. However, these are not available to me (the ones that are say they are occupied).

How would I go about doing this? Is there someone who I can talk to you would be able to assist?
